Delivery Policies
Order Cutoff Times
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time
- Express Delivery: Orders accepted until 5:00 PM (subject to driver availability)
- Priority Express: Orders accepted until 6:00 PM (DSO tier only)
Delivery Locations
- Deliveries made to practice address provided during checkout
- Signature required for high-value orders (over $500)
- Safe drop-off at reception/front desk accepted with authorization
- Cannot deliver to residential addresses (commercial/practice addresses only)
Tracking & Notifications
- Real-time GPS tracking available for all deliveries
- SMS/email notifications at each delivery milestone
- Estimated arrival time updated continuously
- Direct driver contact for Group Practice and DSO tiers
Delays & Issues
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
- You will be notified immediately if delays occur
- Express delivery fees may be refunded for late deliveries (case-by-case basis)
- Contact support immediately if there are issues with your delivery
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or access issues:
- Driver will attempt to contact you via phone
- Order will be returned to warehouse if undeliverable
- Redelivery fees may apply for second delivery attempt
- Update your delivery address in account settings to prevent issues
