How much does delivery cost?
Standard same-day delivery is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a $9.99 delivery fee. Express delivery (under 2 hours) varies by subscription tier.
What areas do you serve?

What if a product is defective?
We stand behind product quality. Defective products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Contact support to initiate a return.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, orders are already being prepared for delivery. Contact support for assistance.
Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
Yes! Net-30 payment terms are available for Group Practice tier and above, subject to credit approval. DSO tier also offers Net-60 terms.
