Product Returns
Eligible for Return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products with manufacturer defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged items during shipping
- Expired products (if shipped expired)
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened consumable products (gloves, bibs, etc.)
- Custom-ordered items
- Products past 30-day return window
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Window
- Standard Products: 30 days from delivery date
- Defective Products: 90 days from delivery date
- Subscription Fees: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first month only)
How to Return an Item
Contact Support
Email returns@dentypli.com or call 1-800-555-1234 with your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns without RA numbers cannot be processed.
Ship the Item
Package the item securely with all original materials. Attach the RA number to the outside of the package. We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to the card/account used for purchase
- Store Credit: Available as an alternative (with 10% bonus credit)
- Exchange: Defective items can be exchanged for the same product
Refund Timeline
- Approval: Returns inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank Credit: May take additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned after 30 days but within 90 days (50% refund)
- Items with missing original packaging (25% restocking fee)
- Items with signs of use but still returnable (case-by-case basis)
Subscription Refunds

Not satisfied with your Group Practice or DSO tier subscription? Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription charge.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Proration: No prorated refunds for partial months. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll make it right immediately:
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo Evidence: Provide photos of the defect or damage
- Fast Resolution: Replacement shipped same-day or full refund issued
- No Return Required: For heavily damaged items, disposal authorized without return
- Prepaid Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs for defective items
Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations:
- Opened consumable products (gloves, bibs, cotton rolls, etc.)
- Opened sterilization products
- Opened pharmaceutical or biological products
- Items marked as "non-returnable" at time of purchase
- Gift cards or promotional credits
